I am a florist located in the beautiful coastal town of Solva, only 5 minutes from the city of St David’s, Pembrokeshire.

I have a passion for being creative with flowers and enjoy creating floral designs for all occasions. Everything from gift bouquets to wedding flowers, including brides bouquets, bridesmaids posies and flower wands for flower girls to button holes for the Groom, corsages for the Mother of the Bride and small buttonholes for Page Boys.

I have practiced floristry for many years having trained and qualified as a florist with City & Guilds qualifications of Floristry Levels 1 & 2, passing with Distinctions. I went on to train with an internationally renowned florist.

Flowers by Maggie, Caerfega Farm is located in the peaceful Pembrokeshire countryside on the outskirts of Solva, right next to the national park and is surrounded by beautiful green fields. I love the great outdoors and the connection this brings to the flora and fauna and I am very fortunate to live in such a beautiful part of Pembrokeshire.

As well as my passion for floristry and being creative with flowers, I have also had a life long passion for horses, having been around them from a very young age. I have trained in Intelligent Horsemanship and by combining my horsemanship skills with a flair for creating something a little different with flowers, your four legged, best friend can also attend your wedding, adorned with flowers and looking beautiful. Please see my wedding flowers page for further information.

At Flowers by Maggie, I don’t just use fresh flowers. I enjoy using my creative flair to produce something using artificial and dried flowers. Dried and preserved flowers and grasses are equally as beautiful for weddings and gifts that can be kept for a long time. Please browse my website to see some examples of the work I have done using artificial and dried flowers and grasses.
