I understand that everyone’s wedding day is special and so it is important to me that your wedding flowers will enhance your venue and create a beautiful display for your wedding photographs on your special day.
Whatever venue you choose, whether in a large hotel or Castle or a small, intimate wedding at your local hall, bar, restaurant or maybe a marquee on your own land. I would consider it a real honour to be part of your wedding day. I will work with you to create the style and colour scheme for your wedding flowers and I am sure I can help you choose the right flowers for your special day.
Just thought I'd email you to thank you for doing our wedding flowers. The whole service from start to finish was effortless. You made it so easy delivering the flowers on the morning and gave all of us piece of mind. Most importantly, the flowers were absolutely beautiful. Your knowledge on the seasonal flower choice really worked, and we're glad you were a part of our wedding.

Here is a little bit of information you may find useful when choosing the style and colour of your wedding bouquet, but please feel free to contact me as I am more than happy to listen to your ideas and provide some guidance.
Have you chosen your venue? If so, what ambiance do you wish to create using your wedding flowers? Do you require wedding flowers for a wedding venue in a hotel, castle or maybe a marquee? For any of these venues, I would suggest a more traditional style of wedding bouquet. For example a teardrop bouquet or a neat hand tied bouquet with little or no foliage using classic flowers such as roses, freezias, and gypsophila will look fresh and romantic. Alternatively, a more contemporary style using soft, pastel colours, such as lilacs, soft pinks, ivory and mixed greenery looks beautiful. If you wish to use stronger colours, using the primary colours always looks good. For example, yellow sunflowers with blue hydrangeas or red roses with white gerbera mixed with soft greenery, like ivy or alchemilla mollis can create a stunning and colourful display. If you wish to keep it simple, a bouquet of all white flowers will also create a contemporary style. You may also wish to add crystals and pearls or trailing ribbons to match your theme.
The cottage garden look is my personal favourite, particularly for a summer wedding. It is very authentic for a less formal occasion. This theme lends itself to using a variety of colours within a more traditional shower or hand tied bouquet’. There is an abundance of colours in a country garden which will afford you a wide selection of wedding flowers found growing throughout the summer.
Are you getting married in a tepee or on the beach? A very relaxed wedding bouquet following a country meadow theme would look refreshing and pretty. The use of textured grasses and other small blooms always look stunning at an outdoor wedding. I would particularly recommend that you look at my dried flower range, to fit with this theme.
I hope this has helped to guide you with your wedding bouquet. Once you have chosen the style of your bouquet it will be a guide for the bridesmaids and flower girls. At Flowers by Maggie we will work with you to create the colour scheme and flower varieties in order to coordinate through your wedding theme.
